Delivery Option: Your dress will arrive at least one day before your rental period begins, complete with a prepaid return label.

Pickup Option: You'll receive a confirmation text when your dress is ready for pickup at our Niddrie, VIC location.

After your event:

Delivery Customers: Place the dress in the prepaid return bag and drop it at an Australia Post location (not a PO Box).

Pickup Customers: Return the dress to us at our Niddrie location by the last day of your rental period.

No dry cleaning is required—we'll handle that for you!
