Delivery Information

We offer delivery across Australia. Your item will be shipped via Australia Post Express, and you’ll receive a tracking number by email once it’s dispatched. We aim for delivery to arrive on or before your chosen date.

The delivery fee is $25, which includes a prepaid Express Post satchel for returns. For larger packages, the delivery fee is $45. Detailed instructions for returning your item will be provided with your package. Please do not clean or dry-clean the garment—this is part of our service. You will only be charged for stains if they are permanent and cannot be removed through dry-cleaning.

Returns and Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund, including postage costs, under the following conditions:

  • The item you received is in an unacceptable condition.
  • You were sent the wrong item.
  • The item you received significantly differs from what was described on our website.
  • The item arrived too late for your planned event.


Please note that if the items have been worn (try-ons are acceptable), you will lose the right to a refund for the reasons listed above. However, if the items were worn and you believe that one of these issues caused.

Cancellation 

For cancellations of all rented items, you will receive a full refund if:

  • Your cancellation request is submitted within the first 24 hours of placing your order, provided it is more than 72 hours before your booking start date and your package has not been dispatched, OR
  • Your cancellation request is made 21 days or more before your booking start date.

Please Note: If your cancellation request is received 14 to 20 days prior to your booking start date, you will be eligible for a credit note for the full amount paid, including postage. This credit note can be used to rent any item on the LuxWardrobe website and will expire in 6 months.

Important Notice: Potential Delivery Delays

While we strive to ensure all rentals are delivered on time, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as Australia Post disruptions or late returns from a previous booking. We appreciate your understanding and patience in these situations.
